The annual Gypsy Women's Conference was held at the church in Apalina outside of Reghin on Saturday, November 3. Seven local churches were represented with 85-100 women in attendance.
Bonnie spoke on being bold in the name of Jesus, and taught the women about the necessity of speaking truth in love in the morning session. In the afternoon session, they discussed examples of women from scripture. She challenged them to get involved in ministering in the community as doers of the Word rather than merely hearers, and was encouraged to hear from several of the women that it was exactly what they needed to hear. Later in the day, the Gypsy women shared their testimonies with each other.
While the women were studying, the men went outside of their cultural comfort zones and served them by preparing then serving goulash for lunch.
