Ministry Partners

Teleios Ministry is in partnership with LEFTI/LCI in Kenya. At the present time, the majority of our work here is in the Nyeri County subcounty area of Kieni West. Leadership development for pastors and their wives, evangelism, and community development are all taking place.

​Teleios’ work in Romania began with a partnership with the Hungarian Baptist Women’s Convention. As we worked alongside the women’s leadership helping sponsor an annual gathering at Harghita Camp, relationships began to grow. Floyd was invited to teach at their seminary.

In April 2004, Floyd and Bonnie met Mpeli and Neema Mwaisumbe in Iringa, Tanzania, at a leadership and evangelism conference. Mpeli shared his vision for the people of Kidete. The vision grew from a nursery/primary school for the children of Kidete to mattresses to Daily Bread Life Children’s Home, Kidete Baptist Church, the Kidete Farm, water for Kidete, Asante Sana Children’s Home in Nzihi, ACTS Fellowship in Iringa, Bread of Life Secondary School, and pastoral training, leadership conferences, women’s conferences, church planting in the Southern Highlands of Tanzania.

Rediscovering Outdoor Activities & Recreation (R.O.A.R.) is a missions/ministry-based organization with the purpose of redefining limitations and empowering those with disabilities to see their God-given ability through outdoor activities.
